You must be at least 18 and legally able to use Dreamgens where you live. Keep your account credentials secure, provide accurate information, and remain responsible for activity performed through your account.

Acceptable use
Do not use Dreamgens for illegal, abusive, exploitative, deceptive, infringing, harmful, or unauthorized activity. The Content Policy forms part of these terms and applies to prompts, uploads, outputs, Community posts, and downstream use.
AI-generated content
AI output can be unpredictable, inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to other output. You are responsible for reviewing prompts, references, generated content, publication choices, and whether your use complies with applicable law and third-party rights.
Plan access and Gems
Paid plans are one-time purchases granting 30 days of access; they do not automatically renew. Renewal requires a new payment. An active same-plan renewal may extend the future expiry. An upgrade starts immediately, and unused lower-plan time is not carried forward or prorated unless Dreamgens explicitly states otherwise. Gem purchases are one-time purchases.
Payment verification
Access and Gems are granted only after trusted payment verification. Pending, failed, underpaid, reversed, disputed, fraudulent, or duplicated transactions may be delayed, rejected, reversed, or reviewed. Dreamgens does not currently offer recurring billing.
Community and enforcement
Dreamgens may review reports, restrict publication, remove content, suspend features or accounts, terminate access, and preserve required records to protect users, enforce policies, prevent abuse, or comply with applicable law.
Service availability
Availability, generation timing, models, providers, and output quality may vary. Dreamgens does not guarantee uninterrupted service, a particular output, or that generated content will meet subjective expectations.
Intellectual property
Dreamgens and its service materials remain subject to their applicable rights. You retain responsibility for rights in material you submit and for determining what rights, if any, apply to generated output. Do not imply endorsement or ownership you do not have.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dreamgens is provided as available without guarantees that cannot reasonably be made for an AI service. Dreamgens is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages where such limits are lawful. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
Changes and applicable law
Dreamgens may publish updated terms prospectively. These terms are subject to applicable law, including mandatory rights that cannot be waived. No jurisdiction or venue is designated here pending legal review.
